creation by Jenny Nimmo. Midnight for Charlie Bone is the opening book in the children of the red king series. The red
king was a magician who had ten children with magical powers. The endowed are descendents of the red king and have magical
powers. At first Charlie thought he was just an ordinary boy but one day he got a photo of his best friends dog but he got a
man holding a baby and three cats. Then he realised that he could hear what the people in the picture are saying. When his great
aunts found out they said that he was endowed and sent to Bloors academy for gifted and talented
people. Charlie finds out that there are three departments in Bloors academy which are art,
drama and music. Charlie was put in music and is taught by Mister Paltry. Charlie makes a fair few friends in his first week. What
else will happen at Bloors My rating for this book is four and a half stars! |
